Belper Art Group is now in it's 51st year. We are a friendly informal group, who meet weekly to enjoy, share amd develop our interests in all things artistic. We run in house workshops, have professional demonstrations and hold local exhibitionsof our work. Albert Pickersgill - Albert is a founder member of the group. He is an amazing artist and makes superbly crafted woodwork.
Rachel Billings - I live on a smallholding at Windley, a lot of my art comes from my syurroundings and a love of rural Derbushire. I work in many mediums and also love lino printing.
Nicky Tatham - My creativity is inspired by nature and the local landscape. I like to explore a wide range of art, and my work varies from mixed media, collage, acrylics, macrame, mosaics and hand-made cards. All my work in unique and original.
Jackie Hobbs - My inspiration comes from nature, my surroundings and sometimes my quirky imagination. I love to use colour to bring my paintings to life, experimenting with acrylics, watercolours, collage, mixed media and glass paints.
Kim Lowe - I've been a member of Belper Art Group for just over a year now. I love working with the inspirational members. My first love is pastel and I work in a loose form with vibrant colours.
Mary Smith - Mary is an accomplished artist using wool and textiles to create beautiful works of art. She uses acrylics to show off her imagination and her love of nature.
